§3 Processing your data to calculate the CO2 class
(1) For the calculation of the CO2 class of the CO2-dependent HGV toll, AGES collects the personal data required for this via a form. (2) For the calculation of the CO2 class, we collect the following data by form:- Date of first registration
- Car registration number (optional)
- Specific CO2 emissions
- Vehicle subgroup; if unknown: permissible gross weight, weight class, wheel-axle configuration, engine power, sleeping cabin
The purpose of the processing is the calculation of the CO2 class. The legal basis for the processing is therefore Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DS-GVO.
§4 Passing on your data
In the following cases, it may be necessary to pass on your data, subject to strict contractual and legal requirements: a) To external service providers for data processing: If service providers come into contact with personal data of our customers, this takes place within the framework of a so-called commissioned data processing. within the framework of so-called commissioned data processing.
